According to officials the Bidding Process for the Zirakpur Ring Road will start on 21st November and construction is expected to start early next year. The upcoming 16.5-km Zirakpur Bypass will stretch from the Patiala Zirakpur light point near the airport junction to the old Panchkula light point. The route will pass key locations including McDonald’s on the Ambala Zirakpur Highway, Peer Mushalla, Sanoli, Gazipur, and Nagla villages in Mohali district before connecting with the road dividing Sectors 20 and 21 in Panchkula.
