India's real estate sector, Real Estate Market: As per a report by NSE-listed property data analytics company PropEquity, a total of 5,14,820 units were sold in 2023, while 4,81,724 new units were introduced during the same year.

This slowdown was influenced by two quarters of reduced activity due to the General Elections and Monsoon.
