 India's real estate sector, Real Estate Market: As per a report by NSE-listed property data analytics company PropEquity, a total of 5,14,820 units were sold in 2023, while 4,81,724 new units were introduced during the same year.

Real Estate Update | Indian Property Market | Housing Sales: India’s top 9 cities saw a slight 9% dip in residential property sales, totaling 4,70,899 units, while new project launches declined by 15% to 4,11,022 units in 2024. This slowdown was influenced by two quarters of reduced activity due to the General Elections and Monsoon.

As per a report by NSE-listed real estate analytics firm PropEquity, 5,14,820 units were sold in 2023, whereas 4,81,724 new units were introduced during the same period.
