
The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA), under the Government of Punjab, has officially announced the launch of a large-scale e-auction of commercial, residential, petrol pump, hotel, group housing, and institutional properties. The auction is set to take place across two major urban hubs – SAS Nagar and New Chandigarh.
The e-auction begins on August 1, 2025, at 12:00 noon, and will conclude on August 18, 2025, at 12:00 noon. Interested bidders are invited to participate through a secure OTP or DSC-based verification process. It is mandatory for participants to use GPS-enabled devices while bidding.
Allotments will be made on the basis of a 10% upfront payment of the bidding amount (additional applicable cesses will be charged). To encourage full payments, GMADA is offering a 15% rebate on the remaining payment if paid in lump-sum within 120 days from the date of allotment.
